I have been practising Meditation since 1986.

The foundation of our practice combines the physical with an inner emotional and spiritual journey. By integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness, we strive to promote an understanding of the interdependency of all these aspects in your health and well-being.

I now teach how to meditate/mindfulness,  but I am retired on medical grounds. I spend my time helping others through their dark times. I used my knowledge to produce my podcast, 'Find Peace Within' Podcast in my free time alongside a full-time job of looking after my grandchildren. Sometimes the workload of preparing, recording, uploading, marketing episodes and managing the website is quite tough. I love doing it, but sometimes I need support from you, my listeners.
