During these uncertain times, it's completely normal to feel anxious about COVID-19, in Ukraine.  But don’t worry! With 30 years of experience teaching Mindfulness and meditation, I'm here to help you navigate these challenges.

I'm excited to share my online Zoom workshop, Learn Mindfulness for Beginners, designed especially for those new to meditation!  It focuses on diaphragmatic breathing, an essential first step that can significantly reduce stress and improve mental well-being. Sit back, enjoy, and let yourself relax! Upcoming episodes will guide you through a soothing 10-20 minute meditation session.

Remember, commit to your higher self! Listen to episodes three and four at least once a week for 10 to 20 minutes. Soon, you'll find yourself unwinding and discovering your true self.
